Over the past week I've faced issues with Steam and Xbox network connections, suspecting a problem tied to Windows 11. I initially thought it might be related to a system issue, but now I believe it's a networking matter. My setup details are as follows:

Operating System
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 9700 @ 3.00GHz 96 °C
Coffee Lake 14nm Technology

RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1197MHz (16-16-16-39)

Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H310M-E R2.0 (LGA1151) 30 °C

Graphics
GF320A (1680x1050@59Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (NVIDIA) 34 °C

Storage
119GB Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series (SATA (SSD)) 26 °C
1397GB Western Digital WDC WD15EVDS-68V9B0 (SATA ) 33 °C
1863GB Western Digital WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 (SATA ) 28 °C
931GB Western Digital WDC WDS100T2B0C (Unknown (SSD))

Optical Drives
No optical disk drives detected

Audio
USB Audio Device
No flags on COMMS ports; Ethernet reports connection established.

This morning, by chance, I changed the port connections on my Sky Glass router. When I restarted my PC, both Steam and Xbox began updating normally, yet they still failed to log in with the same error about no internet access.

I've attempted to sign in multiple times without success. I'm really puzzled.

Ensure both devices are functioning simultaneously. This typically eliminates concerns about end devices and their link to the router. Since your PC uses Ethernet, it shouldn’t be a Wi-Fi problem.
The router remains the most probable cause.
Check the connection between the router and the ISP modem/ONT. If they’re integrated into one unit, this scenario doesn’t apply.
Other problems likely occur after the modem.
Begin by launching several Command Prompt windows and performing a consistent ping to the router’s IP address and a standard domain such as 8.8.8.8.
If you observe the usual outage pattern, there will be no disruption at the router but a failure to reach 8.8.8.8.
Run a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 to identify the hop in the path. Usually, the second hop is the ISP router.
Repeat the process using another window and ping the same address. This helps confirm if the issue lies beyond the ISP connection.
If traffic drops to the first ISP router, it usually indicates a local network or ISP problem.
When you notice no loss at 8.8.8.8 or the issue isn’t tied to the ISP router, troubleshooting other factors like DNS becomes necessary.
Disabling IPv6 and setting your PC’s DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 is generally advised for systems that operate smoothly to prevent unexpected complications.

Are there additional routers connected, or are they directly linked to the television?

@chris18
Noted your Motherboard Forum post asking if the motherboard could be the problem.
TBD. Not likely as I understand the matter thus far.
Interim question -
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?
= = = =
Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Post the full results.
You should be able to copy and paste the full results without needing to retype everything.
More information needed.

Sky is controlled by Comcast, making it similar to Xfinity for customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland
Sky Glass functions as their TV with the SkyStream module integrated
Sky Broadband seems to offer only combined devices that include both modem/ONT and router features, which they refer to as "Hubs" despite the outdated terminology

Checked the command prompt for IP configuration details but couldn't save the image due to copying issues.

Apologies, it seemed to be a different router; I've connected it as a single sky router.
