The system has a 3200MHz RAM, but it’s not displaying the expected results. I turned on XMP profile, but I’m unsure if that’s the right setting or if another option should be used.

I can't provide actual screenshots, but I can describe what those tabs typically show in CPU-Z. You can open CPU-Z and navigate to the "Memory" and "SPD" sections to view detailed information about your RAM and storage devices.

CPU-Z offers two sections for memory details, with "Memory" and "SPD" being the available tabs.

Checked the display and saw Slots #1 and #2 listed. Opened CPU-Z, clicked on them and captured the image. Also took a screenshot of the memory tab. Regarding the question, it seems the 3100 handled the 1600 in single-threaded mode, while the 1600 was affected by the 3000.

In the single, the 3100 performed roughly 40% better than the 1600 but fell slightly in the multi.

DDR refers to double data rate technology. A RAM clocked at 1600 MHz functions similarly to a 3200 MHz single data rate RAM, which is the reason for its labeling. The higher figure represents its actual performance.
