Hello! Your HP 1L with an i3-8100T is suitable for a recording PC if you need reliable performance. It can handle video capture tasks, though streaming isn’t its main purpose. For capturing cards, USB models without PCIe slots are a good choice—look for USB-C or Thunderbolt adapters if needed. Cheers!

It would be reasonable, but what platform are you capturing or saving from? The cost of the capture card might not justify it. With an NVIDIA graphics card, your PC’s built-in encoding software is probably already available and won’t be needed if you record externally. Systems in the GTX 900 line can record and stream without affecting performance, delivering high quality using the NVENC driver.

Just use your PC. The NVENC encoder works really well. That i3 isn’t producing a good quality stream live. If you have extra, sell them! These items cost around $150–$200 each and sell quickly.

A room for the living space is better. Much more satisfying than a smart TV, right?

These are the standard prices you'll find them at. I occasionally receive a batch of them. The last one I got was 17 hp prodesk usff i5 8500t's with 8gb ram and 256gb ssd, selling for 250 to 300 each in about two weeks. They're really in demand.
