Upgrading your CPU means you'll also need a GPU since the one you're replacing lacks an integrated graphics processor. I assure you at x8 you're not missing out on that iGPU.

Even at x8 the GPU isn't overloading the bandwidth. The CPU might be limiting it, but it really depends on the game.
