Checked the newest download from the provided link. After saving, right-click the file and select Run as Administrator. This guidance comes from Autodesk support articles regarding compatibility issues with Windows updates. I've noticed similar problems with older programs when updating to newer Windows versions, such as Oracle Virtual Box on Windows 10 20H2 or later.

Get a version of Nirsoft's Uninstall View for x64. Check the commands used to uninstall the software, and if successful, run it with administrator privileges using msiexec.
