Hello, I noticed a variety of files from 2008 and earlier in your apps. Your PC was built in 2016, so these could be old data, backups, or remnants. Are you concerned they might be harmful?

These are necessary for various applications to function properly. They are deployed by games and other tools developed using those C++ versions. Additionally, you must correct the formatting so that night-themed readers can easily read it.

It seems the game you're referring to is from around 2008, but it's hard to pinpoint without more details. Try checking older gaming forums or platforms for that era.

It doesn't necessarily mean it's a game from that era; it might simply be the software they employed for development. Various games require distinct C++ frameworks, and some continue to use legacy libraries even in modern releases. This isn't malicious activity.

Your picture doesn’t appear to be in a proper format. Could you provide more context or describe what you’re referring to? It seems unclear what you mean by “image” and “we can't see it.”

It seems odd, I notice a lot of Visual C++ Redistribution files. I thought I saw something, but it’s missing now.

These are not malicious software; they are tools from the C++ Runtime used to support C++ applications. There are numerous versions available because they can be preinstalled with an app or Windows, allowing programs to run smoothly. C++ programs that rely on this runtime must be launched with the correct version—such as a Visual C++ 2015 application only working with Visual C++ 2015.
