I've been searching for RAM with better timing and came across this product. Could it fit your Lenovo Legion 7 16th Gen and maintain those speeds, or might it reduce them instead? The laptop doesn't have XMP support.

Your RAM operates at a specific frequency and timing based on its configuration. To find this information, refer to the 'Memory' section in tools like CPU-Z. The details will vary depending on your system setup.

I know the CPU can work with DDR4-3200 (Ryzen also supports DDR4-3600+). If the Integrated Memory Controller or motherboard recognizes memory sticks that run at DDR4-3200 and apply the necessary JEDEC standards, that’s ideal. What I’m after is understanding which JEDEC or memory profiles are programmed onto the modules. If XMP profiles exist, the 'SPD' section will list... JEDEC #1 / #2, XMP-3200, XMP-3000. For example:

These processors use the standard JEDEC 3200MHz CL22 specification out of the box. No overclocking settings are needed.

This kit matches the DDR4-3200 CL20-22-22 @1.2V standard, it should function properly, though laptop compatibility isn't guaranteed. Upgrading from 32GB 3200 MHz CL22 to 32GB 3200 MHz CL20 may seem unnecessary, but it could be a costly mistake if you're unsure.

Could there be a way to unlock the advanced bios features that support XMP?

I've never come across "advanced bios" for Lenovo devices. I only use Think products, and advanced bios aren't referenced in any Lenovo certification documents.

I understand the Ryzen mobile 4000-series CPUs support up to DDR4-3200. My focus isn't on questioning the CPU itself, but rather on learning more about the RAM specifications. I'm interested in finding out which JEDEC or XMP profiles are applied to the SODIMM modules.
