Your new PC seems to be having issues with power and functionality. It appears there might be a problem with the system not receiving electricity, despite everything looking fine. Everything else seems intact except the GPU. Could be a connection issue or a hardware fault. Check cables, power supply, and try restarting the device.
the power supply isn't activating at all? consider disconnected the power pins on the motherboard using a screwdriver or similar tool, if you haven't done so already. verify that all psu cables (24 pin, 8pin(cpu/eps), pci) are securely connected on both sides since it's modular, and tight. ensure the psu is properly plugged in and the switch is engaged. if necessary, test by removing the psu and swapping it with another to confirm functionality.
You checked the PSU on another machine? That suggests it's probably not the problem. When troubleshooting, starting with the basics makes sense, especially before moving to more complex parts like the GPU. Also, could you confirm which GPU model you're using?
I verified it on another machine too; the GPU is an RTX 3060. It’s unclear if this is the issue, but when I checked for CPU stability in the slot, it came out onto my chair. Since the RTX doesn’t have pins like AMD chips, I wasn’t sure it would cause a problem.
I doubt it, I’d expect it to try to start anyway. Have you attempted unplugging the power switch from the case and connecting the power pins directly to the motherboard? What steps have you taken so far, aside from testing the GPU and PSU on a different machine?
I checked the RAM and everything looks good. My thought is it might be the motherboard or CPU.
