Since your motherboard supports up to 3200 MHz and your CPU is a 5GHz model, setting the RAM to its maximum supported speed (2933 MHz) won’t cause issues. Just enable the XMP profile in BIOS to optimize performance without worrying about the limit.
It should function properly at 3200. If not, simply lower the settings to a compatible range.

It's okay to try lowering the clock speed to 2933 just in case. You're unsure about the voltage settings, but the default 1.35V was set for 3200MHz. Decide whether to keep it as is or adjust it to 1.3V if you're unsure.
