I adjusted the voltage settings manually based on your advice and the comments from Rockstonicko. I also enabled C-state control and set the power supply idle control to normal current parameters. The system now shows a stable voltage of 1.1 V, with CLDO at 1.05 V, CCD at 0.95 V, and VDDG at 1 V. However, the CPU EZ Debug LED remains active during restarts and shutdowns, causing the system to freeze.
