It's not possible for CSGO to do that.

It varies based on what you consider "great graphics." CSGO isn't overly demanding on your PC, so TF2 and Garry's Mod aren't too intense either. For newer titles like BF1 and GTA V, you might manage 720p with moderate settings. Don't anticipate top performance or high frame rates.

The query also checked whether it could operate smoothly at high frame rates, but that isn't possible.

Not enough memory, RAM is the bottleneck, the old I3 CPU can't keep up, the GTX 650 is quite outdated for modern games, but it might work. Performance won't be great with high FPS or demanding settings.

As I mentioned before, focus on saving money and building a modern PC later. Your present setup works but feels outdated. If you’re not ready for work yet, maybe skip this advice. You might find opportunities to earn extra cash through part-time jobs.

It's late in the afternoon, and by the time you come home it's already 7 pm, making it hard to catch up.
