I was curious about the maximum performance of an i5 6600k with an OC enabled and a stock fan running. And regarding the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, would it be sufficient to reach a 4.5gz stable?

It relies on various factors, mainly the case temperature/ambient temperature and the required vcore for 4.5, but it's definitely achievable with the 212.
