i'm worried I might have triggered something unexpected here, but as @ Shimejii mentioned, my boost clocks are normal in-game or during testing in 3d mark (4.45). what confuses me is the low boost clocks in cinebench, occt, and other synthetic loads. it seems like a thermal issue might be involved. additionally, when I undervolt as shown in many videos using PBO2, my CPU actually increases the voltage instead of lowering it. this leads to more power consumption and higher temperatures. the same happens with the optimizer curve. clearly, i'm not trying to overclock the chip; i just wanted to experiment with undervolting with PBO2 to see if it could improve performance in terms of temperature and power usage. this is why I noticed the boost clocks didn't behave as expected and the negative offset produced the opposite effect.

The X3D chips maintain the same FCLK specifications as standard RYZEN designs. Higher FCLK performance on 7000X3D chips is achievable without altering BIOS limits.

Absolutely, that section works fine. My X3D clocks perform better than mine, and my 5600X remains the top choice. You might adjust the settings, but avoid changing them too much.

It appears the initial 5800X3D models tend to hit 2000MHz more easily than the latest versions. I'm able to reach 1933Mhz FCLK on my system, but it's very close to stability. Stabilizing it would be challenging—it demands significant effort and voltage, drawing power from elsewhere in the CPU, which limits performance negatively.

Certainly! Here’s a revised version:

No problem at all.
