I checked the motherboard and found a section labeled "Mini LED." There was an existing cable already in place. It seems this area is meant for LED strips or similar lighting. You could remove the existing connection and install your own LED lights if you wish.

It won’t be the usual light strip, but motherboards often include LED or RGB connectors. If there’s a plug present, that means part of the board is already powered through it. I wouldn’t interfere with its normal function.

This funding could be more effectively used for CPU and GPU improvements, as discussed in your previous conversation with @Fasauceome. You're having trouble getting a good GPU, and combining resources would likely result in a significantly better system than what's currently available. Of course, you're in control of the spending, but here are some ideas to consider.

It seems to be a specialized connector for front-panel LEDs, such as those used in HDD indicators or power systems. It appears not compatible with RGB lighting.

this is an old hp board, this connector is most likely for some case led, it will not work with any rgb strips etc

You're wondering if you can adjust the blue light strip on top of your PC.
