They do not. Back then, during the initial launch of Windows 10's Free Upgrade offer, they had it available. Now it's not offered. If you possess a Win7 key, simply install that version. For the ISO, download the unmodified AIO from the provided link and proceed to the Download section for the 64-bit option. Wait briefly for the initialization process. No extra fixes are required.

Haha, it's funny how things can seem so pointless sometimes. Spending that money on digital keys just doesn't make sense when you could've used it for something better.

He purchased keys from Microsoft or the grey market? If from Microsoft... That’s odd, your uncle is mistaken. They’re offering the license for $200 each, but you can find them for under $20 on the grey market. So his $10k would’ve been just $1k, which makes more sense. Probably because it’s treated as a business expense, so he might not mind. Anyway, good luck with the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10!
