How would you rate the seller? Will a counteroffer be considered or negotiated? You asked about local options—any method to inspect the system before buying? You suggested checking if parts can be evaluated using a PC price calculator or simply adding up the individual costs yourself, preferably looking at used prices. Think of this as a risk. Spending $350 on a new system with warranties seems like a more favorable deal overall. This is especially true if you can find local sources, such as big box stores, to purchase a new one directly. No warranty is provided. The seller is a local Craigslist participant who claims to install the system first to confirm compatibility. He mentioned it was intended for gaming purposes only, not mining.
