Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

I'm experiencing consistent frame rate drops in all games I play, despite having a high-end PC (i7-8700K, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB RAM). Initially, I achieve around 144 FPS in game lobbies, but during gameplay, it consistently dips to 130-140 FPS. After an hour or more of gaming, the frame rate decreases further, typically falling between 120-125 FPS in the lobby and 90-110 FPS in-game. This drop is persistent – restarting the game immediately restores high frame rates, but the issue returns after another hour or so.

I've ruled out overheating by monitoring temperatures (all components remain stable at around 55°C), and I’m not experiencing excessive RAM usage (typically below 30%). I've also tried common solutions like clearing the system memory (using Task Scheduler) but haven't seen any improvement.

The frame rate fluctuations are particularly puzzling because CPU and GPU loads remain relatively low during these periods, even in demanding games. I suspect it might be related to Windows 10’s memory management, perhaps an issue with the “Empty Standby List.” However, I need further guidance on how to diagnose and resolve this persistent problem.

I found out what caused this problem. The reason is Superfetch, i disabled it and problem is gone. Only 1 think is still need to understand - when it comes to Superfetch, people always mention Prefetch - the question is whether I need to disable this too or not.
