For Blender rendering you might want 2 8GB RX 480s/580s graphics cards, which are available on eBay for about $100 USD right now. The 2600 series works well at around 90-100fps in most AAA titles. Consider a B450 board with a solid VRM heatsink, such as the ASRock Pro 4, or an MSI B450 for USB BIOS updates.
