It's about £20 less for a 3200 if you purchase two 2x16GB units. The deal might be off on PCPP, I'll check again later.

RAM speed has less impact on Intel compared to AMD Ryzen, making it hard to decide if it's worth upgrading. If the price difference is minimal and you need faster memory, opt for the higher-end option—provided it doesn’t increase latency. Based on what I saw during testing, those links I mentioned are solid choices, especially if you’re using 64GB. Also, your motherboard supports much higher speeds, as noted on Gigabyte’s site.
