Hi guys,
My friend is trying to upgrade their PC which already has an integrated graphics card and isn't performing well. They are considering the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 up to 4.2GHz with 16GB DDR4 RAM.
Here are the details:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 up to 4.2GHz, Socket AM4, AM4 CERTIFIED CPU, fan & heatsink included.
Memory: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz.
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650 4GB SSD.
Storage: 500GB NVMe SSD.
Display: Onboard audio is high definition.

Do you have an idea of her current hardware? Based on what she owns, you might be able to simply upgrade the GPU, or in the worst case, add a new power supply and GPU.
At 1080p with ultra settings you should achieve roughly 20-30 FPS, and a medium setting should be manageable.
Upcoming improvements would likely involve a better PSU and a more powerful GPU.

The specifications indicate a GTX1650 graphics card is present.
Upgrading to a more powerful graphics card might require a better power supply unit.
Pre-built systems typically offer only the basic requirements for running the chosen setup.

The connection is a ready-made setup with its own dedicated GPU, not something she's swapping in. It's the current machine with built-in graphics that she might be replacing.

Can you provide the details of her present computer? Even if she has integrated graphics, it might be possible to add a GPU to her existing setup without issues.
