I've seen svchost.exe before and it's normal for Windows. Recently though, one instance in Task Manager is consuming over 1,000,000K memory and using up to 25% of the CPU. I'm running CAM software, CUE, PXOC, Intel Turbo LAN, Nvidia Control Panel, and Steam. Can you help me?

Halt the Windows Update service immediately. Microsoft deliberately left it unresolved to encourage more users toward spyware10.

Hey team! By turning off superfetch and wupdate, performance dropped to just 10% of its old level. If you know anything else that could help (it's currently at 170k), let me know. Thanks again!
EDIT: When I ran Cinebench R15, my CPU score improved from 554 to 730 simply by adjusting those settings. That might explain the microstuttering in GTAV!

Sure, I'll make sure to re-enable it monthly and keep searching for updates.

It seems the device isn't functioning properly. After 24 hours of operation, no improvements were made despite attempts to repair it.
