At that transfer rate, processing a 15GB video will likely require 70-100 hours. That’s several days. Consider re-encoding the file in a more efficient format with tools like Handbrake. You can also use OBS with AMD VCE support. Download the 32-bit binaries from the provided link. Extract the files and run OBS.exe. Do not update unless prompted. Make sure to enable AMD VCE in the settings.
