I only experience a USB issue with the EVGA XR1 Lite. I recently bought three new ones in December, and each one functions properly. They’re all up to date, but the problem persists. After resetting the PC, they work for about an hour. Here are some images of the unknown USB port.

Disable USB sleep in power settings. On the desktop it doesn’t help much and it’s frustrating when they don’t turn you back on.

It seems Windows can behave unpredictably, sometimes putting services into unusual modes. You might not realize how those services are actually used. For instance, I rely on Barrier to share my mouse and keyboard across several computers. On my host PC, Barrier can quietly fail (I can stop it manually, but restarting it again isn't possible without a full reboot). In such cases, my mouse still works perfectly, but the clipboard only copies from clients to the host—now the host doesn’t add items to the shared clipboard. Reinstalling the software often fixes these issues by clearing the services, though it sometimes doesn’t. The best approach might be to reset Windows completely if the problem persists.

The unusual issue affects all EVGA XR1 Lite Capture Cards. My setup works when I disconnect the USB and connect another device.
