It should perform well at 3200MHz CL16; it won’t be too harsh. The main bands will likely stay around 3000/2933MHz, mainly affecting a workstation.

Video editing in 4K doesn’t require overclocking to 3600Mhz; modern systems handle higher frequencies smoothly. You might still reach around 3000Mhz if your hardware or software limits it, but it’s not a common issue.
