Not very experienced with R15 scores, but I think your estimate of around 1.2k for R15 on stock settings is reasonable.

My adjustment is set at 4GHz, with dynamic frequencies of 1.36V, 3.8GHz, and 3.9GHz.

However at 4 GHz I’m only achieving 1290 cm/sec, while my previous test only reached 900 cm/sec.

Increase the voltage slightly, test with cinebench. If it fails, boost it a bit more. Keep repeating until it works. Avoid exceeding 1.45v when under load.

I've tested a 4GHz 1.425V setup, but it fails to run.

It might mean your processor isn’t up to 4GHz. Aim for steady performance around 3.9GHz.

That's a bit much, here are some alternatives: 1.38 to 1.40

I remain consistent at 4GHz 1.35V yet receive a high score of 1290 CB (R15) and experience crashes around R20.
