This motherboard handles the 5700X well. Verify your BIOS and chipset drivers are current. It shouldn't cause overheating since the 360mm size is sufficient, though the screenshot doesn't show performance under stress. Is the listed frequency really 3.7GHz all-core? The max single-core boost is 4.6GHz on this board. That matches what I expect, especially given it's running a B550-F Gaming with AM4.

not sure if I recall it, but i did change the chipset and that helped. try adjusting the core ratio to 44 in the bios—usually it brings it up to 4.4ghz.
