Did you allow it to complete five passes over ten meters, or was it a one-time test? If it was ten meters and you were in stealth mode, you likely slowed down at some stage during the passes.

There’s a high likelihood the information @Mister Woof shared is accurate. I recommend installing and running HWINFO64 to examine CPU temperatures and the details listed below. This should reveal if the processor is throttling or has reached its power limit. Maintain that HWinfo page while you continue benchmarking with cinnebench r23. Both tools can raise concerns, particularly if you’ve been overclocking. Additionally, check the CPU’s clock speeds in both the control panel and HWinfo.

By the way, I encountered an issue last night when I adjusted my CPU’s power window during OC. It seems the BIOS setting affects how long the CPU can run at its overclocked frequency while drawing more than its maximum power draw—after about a minute of heavy use in cinnebench r23 at full load, my CPU would downclock to around 3.5 GHz and stay there for a while. If you’ve been OC'ing, verify this setting and consider pushing it higher if it isn’t already at its upper limit. This resolved the problem for me, though results may vary.

That's the CPU range from 0 to 5, with each number representing a different core. I didn't need to limit it to one category, so just focus on the details. The critical temperature should match the CPU temperatures directly. Apologies for any confusion.

In any case, the section isn't displaying properly, even though I notice it's not reaching full performance at 4.6 GHz—only around 4.26 GHz. It's also not showing signs of thermal throttling, which suggests the issue might be related to insufficient power supply.
