Since no GPU was found, I’ll assume direct connection to the motherboard. The 1500x doesn’t have an integrated graphics unit, so you’ll only see video through the HDMI, VGA, DVI or DP ports. A separate card is required.

It might be possible, though you won't receive a signal to the monitor even if the PC functions correctly, since the 1500X lacks an integrated GPU.

Achieving video output demands a specific setup. The only AMD chips offering built-in graphics are the APUs (2200g, 2400g, 3200g, 3400g). For gaming, consider RX580/590 for solid 1080p performance at a reasonable price. Alternatively, monitor for higher-end options like 5500/5600XTs.
