Are you adjusting the voltage manually to a fixed 1.4V in the BIOS? If you're setting it as a fixed Core Voltage of 1.40V, that could harm the CPU's lifespan. The issue of seeing 1.43V when inputting 1.40V is comparable to the 4.39 GHz and 4.40 GHz scenarios. This relates to how electronics perform under no-load and load conditions, including V DROOP and CPU Load-Line Calibration (LLC).

Your VCPU's voltage is 1.130v, which is within a normal range for most processors. It shouldn't be considered too high unless you're working with specific requirements.

I adjusted the CPU voltage to 1.31 and it matched the 1.4V setting.
