I've checked everything and used the Deep Cool Castle 360 EX cooler. Raising the voltage didn't help—it got worse. Currently it's at 1.4V, and I tried 14.3 and 1.45, both caused issues. The CPU peaked at 4.391 GHz. At 1.45V it hit 92°C. Please advise how to fix this!

They're right, a small boost like this won't make much of a difference. Even a modest loss at 100 MHz wouldn't noticeably affect results.

I understand, but I'm still confused about it.

What does that mean? The CPU is running at its maximum boost speed. It’s like realizing your 12-foot ladder is actually 11 feet 11 15/16 inches long.

And my subway length isn't 12 inches. If the temperature goes past 70-80°C, Ryzen is likely trying to push performance beyond 'turbo' settings, so keep things cooler. I recommend lowering the CPU voltage and slightly reducing the LLC frequency if it's set too high.

The advertised "4.40 GHz" represents the maximum boost clock speed. Manually increasing all cores to 4.4 GHz requires careful handling. Fixed voltages like 1.45V and 1.40V can eventually harm your CPU. For Ryzen 3000 series, the safe voltage for all-core operation is around 1.325V. The discrepancy of 4.391 GHz might occur because the base clock isn't a precise 100 MHz—it fluctuates between roughly 99.5 to 101 MHz. CPU speed comes from BCLK multiplied by a multiplier. Even a tiny difference (like 0.01 MHz) can shift the frequency noticeably. If you see 4.39 GHz instead of the expected 4.40 GHz, it could indicate an issue, especially if it's closer to 4.39 GHz than 4.40 GHz.

If you reduce it to 1.325, it should not exceed 1.43v.
