You're experiencing high temperatures during gaming, while idle performance stays moderate. Considering a switch to the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition 42 CFM would you?

Even with the stock cooler, the temperature shouldn't be excessively high. It might be overclocked or running at its default speed. Upgrading to the CM Hyper 212 would be beneficial, but you should first reinstall and reapply thermal paste to the original cooler.

Which scenario are you working with? Fan setup? Ambient air temperature? Overclocking?

Reject that idea. Focus on living in Australia and trading stocks there.

Ambient conditions are elevated and the airflow isn’t optimal, which contributes to the problem. For now, consider swapping out the CPU cooler and testing it. If temperatures remain high, a replacement cooler would be advisable. This option matches the Hyper 212 performance but at a lower cost: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/hJFP...gammaxx400. For a higher-end solution, check out this model: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/3XXf...neptwinv20
