I’m confident everything is connected, just verified. For the ATSV12 motherboard, I only have the 8-pin plugged in, and it mentions the remaining four pins are reserved for extreme overclocking.

I’m not sure about my PC building abilities, so I’ll have the technician redo and repaint the cooling system as they recommended. I’ll share the outcome soon.

The cooler isn't installed properly or the pump isn't connected correctly, which might be due to the pump not being linked to the correct port on the motherboard.

The pump isn't functioning since it's using an air cooler instead of an AIO. Your voltage readings and power usage seem normal, indicating an issue with the thermal paste or installation. The technician should be able to resolve this for you.

they sent it back after a short time and the issue persisted even after testing with prime95 under full load. The temperature continued to climb to 100°C within a minute. Attempting undervolting didn’t improve things, so I’m at my limits with solutions.
