The issue occurs with the Firestorm viewer on your AMD Ryzen 7 8700G. It crashes and restarts cleanly without any BSOD or error messages. You disabled the built-in GPU, cleared the drivers, and added a dedicated GPU (RX 550), which resolved the problem. AMD claims the issue stems from the viewer code. Are others experiencing similar problems? Any advice on saving the app state before rebooting would be appreciated.
I've worked with Jira often in the office. I submitted a report to Firestorm after seeing a Bug Splat alert appear. It's up to them now, unless I secure a GPU board.
