Ox needs to add this capability. Many modems didn’t include it originally, so they had to enable it via a firmware update. COX is responsible for distributing the updates. Speed improvements won’t come soon—multi-gig options remain a distant goal for cable internet. Most people would prefer stronger upload performance instead.
