Hello everyone. I'm facing some issues with my game performance. It often stutters and feels like the FPS drops below 30. On Nvidia Overlay the frames seem normal, but the 99% FPS falls under 20 frames. After resetting the PC, checking temperatures, and ensuring no background apps are running, I switched to high-performance settings. Sometimes it works when I restart or close the game multiple times. This has started about a week ago. I've attached screenshots of the overlay. My setup includes an ASUS ROG STRIX 4090 with an I7 13700K processor, 360mm Corsair AIO Z790, 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 1200W PSU from Montech King, and a 95 PRO motherboard.

Check the system temperature readings. Background processes like updates, background apps, or resource-heavy tasks can affect performance.
