Hello everyone, I'm planning to purchase a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G processor, which has 4 cores at 3.70GHz and an AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 graphics card. I'm wondering if this setup will allow me to stream. If it does, which games should I be able to stream? If not, are there other options like YouTube reactions or similar content? Thanks a lot!

I anticipate a maximum of 720p at 30 frames per second, which tends to cause noticeable stuttering. It would be better to use an 1650 Super for NVENC to achieve a smoother 60fps stream.

You can likely manage with a 720p feed if you're also playing games on the same device. The machine only supports 4 cores, which will restrict both gaming and streaming quality, but that's up to you to decide.

Streaming while gaming isn't enjoyable unless you're using something like Minecraft at 720p, otherwise it's not really fun. For better results, consider a 1650s NVENC setting as suggested by @gloop. Edited August 9, 2020 by Oswin grammar
