The blue screen you noticed might simply be due to an outdated GPU or display not managing the startup properly. Usually, once your screen powers up, it transitions smoothly to the BIOS or UEFI boot screen, indicating everything is functioning correctly. If this isn’t the case, the issue could lie elsewhere.

In my view, based on Bahn's comments, it seems the issue lies with your screen and GPU rather than the boot process itself. It’s unlikely you need to worry too much; you should be fine using your device normally.
