Hey, welcome! Your setup sounds solid with the 5000D Airflow and Corsair H150i. Since you're seeing random power cycling and temperatures around 75°C, it's likely a cooling issue rather than a pump failure. Check if the fans are spinning smoothly and if there are any unusual noises. Also, ensure the thermal paste is still effective—sometimes it wears off over time. Consider running a full system temperature check with software like HWMonitor or Core Temp to pinpoint the exact hotspot. If the problem persists, a professional inspection might be needed.

It seems like there are two possibilities: the pump is operating very slowly or it isn't installed properly.

It gradually increases to 75c or happens all at once?

Check alignment carefully and use proper support. Ensure the CPU sits securely but not compressed. Verify stability with a level or alignment tool before finalizing.

Ensure you have the correct Corsair mounting kit for the AM5 socket. Then simply secure the thumb nuts until they stop turning. The built-in springs prevent over-tightening, allowing only the right adjustment.

Consider placing them gently to avoid bending the metal parts.

So you need to grip them firmly but avoid over-tightening. They must feel secure.

I managed a few adjustments with my finger, yet the hardware data shows me idling at 73°C. Opening Task Manager reveals a clock speed of 5.3GHz with a base of 4.7GHz and a max boost of 5.6—still decent, though I didn’t overclock. Restarting at base clock might help.

Verify the current speed of your pump. It's important to confirm it's connected to the AIO/Pump header on your board; otherwise, it may be spinning too slowly, leading to poor water flow and significant temperature issues.
