Stop doing this. Use DDU only. Suggest leaving everything at default, especially RAM.

If the value exceeds 60, it’s unlikely to be a mix of Nvidia control panel, Windows, or game settings. We can still investigate. In the Nvidia control panel, verify that no display-related settings are set to "Auto." Ensure it isn’t inheriting configurations from preset profiles. After confirming the panel settings are accurate and adjusting the monitor’s refresh rate to its maximum, refrain from modifying any Windows display settings until you’re sure. Windows will respect your display and refresh rate if it believes Nvidia is managing it.

tested both default and enabled settings, but results stayed the same as with nvcleanstall. I've consistently used it for installations without the extra bloat, never faced issues, and still tried without it even if problems might occur.

It goes beyond the limit, but FPS drops when active—around 10-15 points, pretty noticeable

I performed a new Windows setup today. Initially, the system restarted properly, but then things went badly. Here’s the link to the issue: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/66343155

Be very cautious—turn off VSync. Check if it resolves the problem. The benchmark scores seem unusually low for all components, which might point to a motherboard or storage issue (the drive finished the test).

It looks like the issue isn't the SSD, but rather the Bech problem. I didn't notice any problems with it, and benchmarks plus info show Crystaldisk works well.
