Hello everyone, five days ago I purchased a completely new brand PC machine. The issue is that during the first startup, when I power it on, it's extremely slow—around 2 to 5 frames per second—and it keeps lagging every couple of seconds. The audio quality is poor and the overall performance is terrible. When I attempt to turn it off or reset it, my monitors shut down and display no HDMI signal, yet the PC continues running. I have to press the power button to shut it down, and after a reset, everything works perfectly again. Here are some videos you can check out for more details:

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate your help. 😉
Sorry for the English mistakes, I hope you all understand perfectly ^^

New PC, I would reach out to the vendor and inform them about the problems while it's still under warranty.
Also, you need to include the complete system specifications on it.

Verify if there is a recent BIOS update available for the motherboard. Ensure the RAM is installed properly. Also, confirm that temperatures are within normal ranges.

I'll look into the bios update soon. Regarding RAM, you're right to suggest putting it off and on again. I'll download CPU-Z and monitor temperatures, then let you know.

Ensure the RAM is placed in the proper slots according to the motherboard manual. One compatible unit will be provided for download.

When it comes to a brand new setup, beginning with a clean Windows installation could be beneficial. There might be some unnecessary features slowing performance.

Well, I came across this forum post and it seems to have helped.
On Nov 24, 2015 I added a bookmark.
It mentions resolving an issue that might help others too.
I discovered that shutting down via 'Power' and 'Shutdown'—the hybrid hibernation mode—could be causing restart and cold boot differences.
By disabling the 'fast boot' setting, the problem appeared to disappear.
I recommend giving this a try; it worked for me. Good luck!
