Hello, Do you have a chip with built-in graphics? If yes, you'll need to adjust the BIOS settings to turn off the integrated GPU. (Make sure you're connected to your GPU, not just the motherboard). I couldn't locate it in the BIOS menu—I had to search for "Graphics." I'm still checking other symptoms, but currently the idea points toward an HDR issue. That's still unconfirmed.

The motherboard is compatible, but your 5700X doesn’t have built-in graphics. Check the BIOS for available options.

The problem with Steam loading slowly and the context menu was entirely due to the Igpu. I confirmed this by removing the discrete GPU and using only onboard graphics—no issues there. After reinstalling my GPU and turning off Integrated Graphics in the BIOS, the issue disappeared. It seems other problems I've faced relate to streaming at 4K 120 with HDR. Either my cable quality is bad or I'm hitting bandwidth limits. Still, I can play 4K, HDR at 100Hz, or 4K without HDR and at 120Hz.
