Images would assist, but I won’t attempt to fix it. Return it and request a replacement—don’t expect a working board, particularly with bent pins.

You must return the item for repair. LGA boards shouldn't appear this way, and adding a CPU might harm the CPU, motherboard, or both.

I understand now. I submitted my comment before you shared them, that's all. My suggestion remains valid—send it back. Avoid trying to alter it. Doing so could endanger your CPU and motherboard, and you might face warranty complications later.
