This new mini ITX PC gives full power but lacks a screen.
Hi there everyone! I have a new mini ITX build that I just completed tonight, however when I powered on everything lit up, spun up, and seems to be running, GPU is heating up and CPU is heating up. I've tried adjusting how the GPU is seated, tried all 5 display ports, but still nothing, Anyone able to help? CPU is 13700KF (no Integated Graphics) Mobo is Asus 790I - ITX Gpu is Asus Strix 3080OC (V.2) (been using for three years and it was displaying an hour ago in my old build) And is hooked into a Gen 4.0 riser card but has been runing PCIE 3.0 since I got it PSU is Lian-Li SP850 with 2 6+2 pins and one 6+2 pin tail plugged into the Gpu I put my old 1060 in my old build so If I can do something from this PC to check let me know!
Needed to disconnect the whole riser on both sides (for the second time) to get it running. The GPU showed up when I connected it to the motherboard as you recommended, and after reinserting it into the riser cable it worked perfectly without any issues. The case is quite tight because it’s an MITX model, which might have caused the rise not fitting properly initially. Thanks for the advice—I can now proceed with the setup!
