I just changed the motherboard and CPU in my PC but can't get it to boot Windows. All the lights come on and the fans spin. I managed to update BIOS to the latest F8 version. I cleared both SSDs and installed Windows from a USB onto the boot drive, yet I still can't start Windows. When I attempt to boot from the drive, it says Windows restarted and the installation failed despite claiming everything was installed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Consider using a USB 2.0 connection for installation. A USB 3.0 port might sometimes behave unpredictably.
