I recently purchased a new PC and it has just arrived. I tested it, but the monitor, keyboard, and mouse aren't working properly. The signal isn't present. I've tried flashing the BIOS to the latest version, but the issue remains unchanged. The attached picture displays the specifications.

I used a direct method to update the BIOS. I tested various USB connections and checked if other computers could handle the peripherals.

Used USB and case USB connections. Still no success in flashing BIOS through USB drive on the board with the BIOS USB port and BIOS button.
