I purchased and assembled my own PC, downloaded the necessary components (probably), but recently it has shown blue screen errors 2-4 times in the last few days. My applications frequently crash or restart unexpectedly, which is really frustrating because this is my first time building a PC. I’m unsure if there’s something fundamentally wrong.

System details: I9-13900K, Gigabyte Eagle OC 4070TI, Gigabyte Z790 X AX Corsair 32GB (2x16GB), DDR5 Dominator Platinum RGB, C36 Corsair RM850e 850W 80+ Gold power supply.

I attempted to capture an image, but I'll wait until it happens again!

I ran a scan on the C drive, installed the latest BIOS, chipset drivers, and NVIDIA drivers. Then I downclocked the memory.

Are you referring to refreshing my profile information? Scandisk confirmed everything was fine, so disable XMP in the BIOS.

The error message indicates a problem with executing a command that isn't recognized.

Remove one RAM stick if the issue persists. If it's the same, switch to another slot. Try different slots but prioritize channel 1 or channel B slot 1 for initial testing. Check the manual to confirm which RAM slot should be populated first.

The label on your motherboard indicates "A2 and B2 first." I plan to take one out to check if it appears, thinking the B slot should be removed next.

If you're considering a single solution, try the alternative version. When both options function independently, verify with a certified vendor list to confirm your RAM supports XMP on the mainboard.
