I recently assembled a new computer and every game I start triggers a loud continuous beep or alarm. I’m struggling to identify the issue and don’t know what’s causing it. Here’s the machine I built.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NyQtFs
The adrenaline software isn’t showing CPU temperature, and the only change I made was enabling XMP 1 for RAM. I’m not intentionally overclocking, but my GPU’s clock speed jumps above 2500 MHz during gameplay.
I’m loading games from a separate M.2 NVMe 2TB SSD in the M2B_CPU PCIe Express slot with a 4.0 bus lane.

As an experiment, take off the side cover of your case and observe if the noise diminishes (aiming to identify a heat or airflow problem). Also, attempt to reset the memory setting in your BIOS to its default. Once more, part of troubleshooting the issue. Is your motherboard BIOS the latest version available for it?

Often linked to RAM problems. Consider removing and reinserting the RAM correctly.

I turned off xmp and removed the side case.
I think I got the newest gigabyte software for the b650.
After disabling xmp, it seems to have resolved the issue.
It’s not happening, according to me.
My GPU MHz are still around 2k and my CPU temperature isn’t showing up in adrenaline amd.
CPU temps are still under 62.

You can confirm your motherboard model and then review BIOS updates here:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B65...v-10-11#kf
It seems there might be a cooling problem. Are the front and rear fans functioning correctly?

It looks like the fix was achieved by disabling xmp ram. My GPU temperatures are quite good, around 60-70 degrees in 4K on Ark Ascended on an XTX. Are you concerned about overheating?

Yes, there might be an issue with one of your m.2 SSDs. Your memory seating, as discussed before, is crucial but if everything is recognized you should be fine. It's simple to re-seat and confirm.
The side cover was taken off, which improved airflow and cooling inside the case.
When you mounted your SSDs, did you also remove the plastic film covering the plastic film on the motherboard heatsinks?
