It seems like the issue isn't with the display or motherboard RGB. The only lights up are the LCD and the motherboard's RGB settings. It looks like the CPU or motherboard might be faulty. I've already tried using a single RAM stick, which suggests the memory problem isn't there. Since the GPU wouldn't activate without a graphics card, it's likely the GPU is dead too. I switched the power supply and it didn't help. Now I'm considering trying another CPU. If that fails, I'll return the motherboard.
