Hello, I just received a new motherboard for my Ryzen 7 5700x, the MSI B550-A PRO. I realized I needed to update the BIOS before it would function properly, so I decided to use M-FLASH for the flashing process. Despite multiple attempts, I've tried various USB drives, different BIOS versions, and different time intervals. Each time I formatted the USB drive as Fat32, renamed the file to MSI.ROM, and disconnected the CPU, GPU, HDD, SDD, NVME, and RAM. I'm looking for some guidance to resolve this issue.

Did you pull out the file and keep just the bios file on the device? More details are in the video below.

Currently, I've downloaded the newest BIOS files from MSI. The document was saved in the downloads folder and given a new name called MSI. ROM prior to installation on the USB drive.

Yes, the PC should start up using the CPU directly without needing a BIOS update. It's a B550 board running a Ryzen 5000 chip.

I plan to accommodate the CPU. It mentions a BIOS update on the packaging.

It seems to contradict what it says. After installing the CPU and powering on the PC, it isn't functioning properly. The CPU indicator light remains lit, suggesting a problem with detection or operation.

Have you included just the 'text' file, similar to the one in the SS, on the USB drive? Make sure not to add the entire BIOS folder, as that could be the issue.
