This motherboard accepts RAM only in slots A2 and B2
Hi everyone! I’ve got a new rig with a MSI Tomahawk Max B450 and a Ryzen 7 3700X. I’m using two fresh Corsair Vengeance RGB sticks. The issue is that the system won’t boot with memory in slots A1/B1, but it does when using B1/B2. When I say the system starts and lights up, it just hangs without the monitor turning on. Is there something wrong with my setup or the board? Thanks! zog

Interesting tidbit: I was puzzled about why my brother's B350M wouldn't boot until he switched the RAM to slots A1 and B1. It turned out the slot was incorrect—should be A1 and B1 instead. We should probably just ask the manufacturer for clarification. This actually sparked my curiosity, leading me to research further. Nice to learn something new!
